Share match clips with your players. Not the group chat.
Give the squad one place for every match and clip, send one player their moment, or open a link for anyone. You decide who sees what, and you can change it any time.
Enlyo shares match video two ways. A team channel gives the squad one place for every match and clip, with roles for who watches and who adds. A single clip, review or summary goes to one person by email, or to anyone through a link that plays without an account. Players watch free.
The job
Get the clip to the player who needs it. And nobody else.
The match is on a hard drive, the clips are in a folder, and the squad chat is a wall of videos nobody can find by Thursday. One player needs to see his marking on the corner. The whole team needs the first-half press. A parent asks for the goal.
Those are three audiences, and sharing in Enlyo follows them: a channel for the squad, a direct share for one player, a link for everyone else.
In Enlyo
How to share clips with players in Enlyo
Set the squad up once. After that, every clip is one choice away from the right people.
01
Make a channel for the squad
Create a channel per team, say U17 · First team. Whatever sits in it is visible to its members, and folders keep league, cup and training apart.
02
Bring the squad in
Send a join link or invite players by email, at a role. Readers watch. Contributors also add content. Admins manage members and the join link. An email invite lapses after two weeks if nobody accepts it.
03
Cut the clip where it belongs
Turn a bookmark into a clip and choose its channel and folder as you create it. A clip doesn’t have to stay with the match it came from, and it keeps playing if that match is deleted.
04
Send one player their moment
Share a clip, review or summary by email, with view or edit access and an optional message. It lands in the player’s Shared with me and gives them nothing else from your library.
05
Or open a link
Set it to Anyone with the link and send it wherever you like. It plays without an account. Set it back to Restricted and the link stops working for everyone at once.
On their side
What your players see.
A link opens straight into the player, on any phone, with no account. With a free account a player gets more: the team channel with every match and clip, the things you sent them in one place, and a dot on what they haven’t watched yet. Players are read-only, so nobody deletes your clips by accident.

Sharing clips with players: questions
- Do players need an account to watch?
- Not for a link set to Anyone with the link. To join a team channel or receive a clip by email they need a free account. Players never pay.
- Can I share a whole folder?
- Not by link: folders have no link setting. Share each video, clip, review or summary on its own, or keep the folder in a channel the squad belongs to.
- How do I take a clip back?
- Remove the person, set the link back to Restricted, or delete the clip. Restricted ends link access for everyone at once; removing a person only affects them.
- Can someone I share with change my clip?
- Only with edit access, and then only after signing in: they can rename it, trim bookmarks, add angles and share it onward. Deleting it and deciding who has access stay with you.
Other ways coaches use Enlyo
- Video feedback for playersPause on the play, point at what you mean and talk it through. Your player gets the exact moment and your explanation, and can watch it again before training.
- Opposition scoutingTag the opponent’s last match in one watch, pull out how they build up and defend corners, and keep it where only your staff can see it.
- Match reviewUpload the match on Sunday, tag it in one watch, and send the squad the four minutes that matter before Tuesday’s session.
