Terms of service
Last updated 5 October 2026
These terms apply when you use Enlyo, our website and our apps, provided by Enlyo B.V. (Noord IJsseldijk 107b, 3402 PG IJsselstein, the Netherlands; KvK 83572252). By creating an account, you agree to these terms.
Your account
You need an account to upload and create content. Keep your login details secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. The person who creates a workspace is its owner and manages its members and billing.
Your content
You keep all rights to the videos and other content you upload. You give us permission to store, process and stream it only as needed to provide Enlyo to you and to the people you share it with.
You must have the rights to upload your content, including consent from the people who appear in it where required by law. You must not upload illegal content or content that infringes the rights of others.
Plans and payment
Every workspace starts on the free plan. Paid plans give your workspace more storage and are billed monthly or yearly in advance through our payment provider. You can change or cancel your plan at any time from your billing page; changes are prorated.
If a payment fails or you cancel, your workspace returns to the free plan. If you're using more than the free plan allows, your content becomes read-only until you resubscribe or bring your usage back within the limit. We never delete content just because a plan ends.
Fair use
You must not disrupt, overload or bypass the limits of Enlyo, or use it to harm others. We may suspend accounts that breach these requirements.
Availability
We work to maintain the service and protect your content. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Account closure
You can delete your account at any time. We may close or suspend an account for a serious breach of these terms. We will explain the reason.
Changes
We may update these terms. We will notify you of material changes in advance by email or in the app.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Dutch law. For questions about these terms, contact us.
