Enlyo is basketball video analysis software for coaches and clubs. Pick basketball when you sign up and eight buttons are ready: made 2, made 3, turnover and offensive rebound, for and against. Mark possessions by key, put a set or a coverage in one summary, explain it over the footage and send it to your team before practice. Players watch free.

Starter buttons

The basketball buttons you start with. Eight of them, four keys.

Basketball starts with baskets, turnovers and second chances. A and D are made 2 and made 3, Shift turns any of them into the other team’s, and each press covers 20 seconds of the possession.

  • AShift+A

    Made 2

Every two-point basket, yours and theirs.

  • DShift+D

    Made 3

Every three, from the corner or above the break.

  • TShift+T

    Turnover

Each possession lost, at the moment it went.

  • OShift+O

    Offensive rebound

Second chances, for you and against you.

Want your sets, a press break or after-timeout plays as well? Add a button with its own title and key. 3x3 has its own starter set: made 1, made 2, turnover and offensive rebound.

How tagging works

Basketball review

Possessions, sets and coverages. What basketball coaches go back to.

A game has a lot of possessions and a team can only take in a few. The work is choosing the ones that teach and putting them in an order that makes the point.

Half-court sets

Add a button for each set you run, titled after the call, with its own key. Press it as the play goes in and the bookmark holds the entry, the action and the shot. One summary of a set across the game shows when it worked and when it stalled.

Turnovers and getting back

Turnover is on T. Stretch its window to 10 seconds after the press, so the clip shows the other end too: who sprinted back, and who stopped the ball.

Pick-and-roll coverage

Step through the screen frame by frame with , and . and zoom in on the two defenders with Shift and +. Then record the review with the laser pointer on the help defender, and say where he should have been.

Boxing out

Offensive rebound for and against marks second chances at both ends. Put the boards you gave up in one summary for your bigs, and play each from the baseline camera if you filmed from there.

From match to team

From the final whistle to your team’s phones.

A Friday night game, from the final buzzer to the next practice.

  1. 01

    Upload the game

A side-court camera and one on the baseline both work. Upload the files together and switch between them with 1 and 2.

  2. 02

    Tag it in one watch

Press D for your three, Shift+T for their turnover. The game keeps running while each press drops a bookmark on the timeline.

  3. 03

    Cut clips and a summary

Put every turnover from the third quarter into one summary, or all of this week’s half-court sets. Trim each possession and pick its angle.

  4. 04

    Record the review

Pause on the pick and roll, point at the help defender with the laser pointer and say what should happen. Slow it down or step frame by frame first.

  5. 05

    Send it before practice

Put it in the team’s channel, or text the point guard a link to the four possessions he should watch.

Freeze the screen, put the pointer on the tagger and say where he belongs. The stroke fades as you talk; the review shares like a clip. More on recorded reviews

Sharing

A channel per team. The staff room stays private.

Most programmes run a first team, a youth side and a staff that scouts. A channel each keeps them apart. Players join by email invite or link and watch; coaches post.

How channels and sharing work

First team

Every game, set and review for the roster, ready before practice.

U18

A channel per team, so each one sees its own games and nothing else.

Staff room

Coaches only. Scouting reports and next week’s sets stay out of the players’ view.

Import & export

Bring the tags you already have.

Broke down games in Sportscode or Nacsport before? Import the XML and your codes for sets and coverages become bookmarks on the game you uploaded. Export them again when another programme asks for your breakdown, or as YouTube chapters for a game you post.

Something else you’d like to know? Ask us.

Does it work for 3x3 basketball?

Yes. Pick 3x3 basketball when you sign up and you start with made 1, made 2, turnover and offensive rebound, each for and against. Rename them, change their keys or add your own whenever you like.

Can I slow a play down or step through it?

Yes. Slow playback down or speed it up with < and >, step frame by frame with , and . to see the footwork on a closeout, and zoom in on part of the court while you watch.

Can I tag our own sets by name?

Yes. Add a button per set, title it after the call and give it a key. Every press makes a bookmark with that title, so “Horns” or “Floppy” is how the possession reads in your bookmarks list.

Can I build a scouting video of next week’s opponent?

Yes, if you have their game on video. Upload it, tag their sets with your own buttons and put the plays you want in one summary. Keep it in the staff room until you are ready to show the team.

Can players watch on their phones without paying?

Yes. Players watch free. A link set to “Anyone with the link” plays on a phone without an account. To see everything in the team’s channel, a player makes a free account.

See it on your own basketball footage.
