The responsible party for data processing pursuant to Art. 4 No. 7 of the GDPR is Enlyo BV of Kloosterstraat 10, 3401 CR IJsselstein, Netherlands (“Enlyo”, “us” or “we”), unless otherwise stated in this privacy policy.
Various data are automatically collected and processed by us to enhance the user experience and to ensure the security and stability of our service, such as:
- Information about the accessing end device and the software used
- Date and time of access
- Cookies
- Websites from which the user accesses our website
- IP address
The at least temporary storage of the IP address is technically necessary to enable the delivery of our service to your end device. The legal basis for data processing is Art. 6 para. 1 b GDPR.
In addition, we process your unabbreviated IP address or your pseudonymous ID during the visit for the purpose of, and in our interest to, measure the efficiency and performance of our website. Usage profiles are not created in this process. Your IP address or pseudonymous ID is automatically anonymized immediately after the respective session is closed. The legal basis for data processing is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR.
To obtain access to the Enlyo service, registration by means of an existing user account is required. A corresponding registration is necessary for the user account. When doing so, we ask you for your:
- E-mail address
- Username
- Password
- Profile picture/avatar
The user account information is only visible to the user, and only when added by the user, team members.
We also use your e-mail address collected during registration to inform you by e-mail about our own services. You have the option to object to receiving this information about further service offers at any time, e.g., by clicking on the unsubscribe link provided in each of these emails.
The collected data will be deleted upon termination at your request.
When you use the Enlyo service, video content from third parties (YouTube or Twitch) can be added. If such content is used, these videos remain on the servers of the respective third-party providers.
When a user chooses to import a local video to their Enlyo account, Enlyo collects this information and stores it in the cloud.
Videos are only available in the respective user's account and can be shared with team members. Content added by the user is not shared with other users or third parties.
When you take out a subscription or subscribe to a service that requires payment, we process the personal data you provide for the purpose of executing and fulfilling the contract. Furthermore, we are required to process personal data for the purpose of fulfilling legal obligations, such as tax obligations. For VAT reasons, this also includes storing the IP address of the device from which you accessed the relevant website when concluding the contract.
We generally store your data for as long as is necessary to provide our offering and associated services, or for as long as we have a legitimate interest in continuing to store it. Thereafter, we delete your personal data except for data we must continue to store in order to fulfill legal obligations (e.g., we are obliged to retain documents such as contracts and invoices for a certain period of time due to retention periods under tax and commercial law).
You can delete your accounts by writing to us at support@enlyo.com.
The services for hosting and displaying the website are partly provided by our service provider as part of processing on our behalf. Unless otherwise explained in this privacy policy, all access data and all data collected in forms provided on this website are processed on their servers. If you have any questions about our service providers and the basis of our relationship with them, please contact us.
Enlyo has taken a variety of security measures to protect personal information to an appropriate extent. All information held by Enlyo is protected by physical, technical, and procedural measures that limit access to the information to specifically authorized persons in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
The Enlyo website is behind a software firewall to prevent access from other networks connected to the internet. In addition, only employees who need the information to perform a specific job are granted access to personally identifiable information. These employees are trained in security and privacy practices and treat your information confidentially.
We also process personal data in countries outside the European Economic Area (“EEA”), including the USA. Insofar as an adequacy decision of the European Commission exists for the respective third country, we have concluded the standard contractual clauses of the EU Commission pursuant to Art. 46 (2) lit. c GDPR with the services used in third countries to ensure an adequate level of data protection. Since 27 September 2021, we have been using the new standard contractual clauses of the European Commission.
Based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. c and f GDPR, we use and store your personal data and technical information to the extent necessary to prevent or prosecute misuse or other illegal behavior on our website, e.g., to maintain data security in the event of attacks on our IT systems. This also applies insofar as we are legally obliged to do so, for example due to official or court orders, and for the exercise of our rights and claims as well as for legal defense.
We reserve the right to adapt this privacy policy as necessary, for example, to ensure that it always complies with current legal requirements or to implement changes to our services in the privacy policy, e.g., when introducing new services on our website. When you revisit our website, the privacy policy then published will apply.
